Heather Sprinkle will begin her leadership at Dover UMC on July 1, 2017.  Heather is married to Matt and has two children Aubrey, 13, and Arlis. 11.  Heather graduated from Perryville High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with an emphasis in public relations from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.  The things she values about pastoral ministry in the United Methodist Church include our connection with each other, the church’s focus on empowering lay leadership and the emphasis the UMC has on community outreach and renewal.  Heather says, “I am excited about working with the church to create vitality and to make disciples of Jesus Christ by listening with church members so that, together, we can invest in ministry that meets the ever-changing needs of our church and community, in order to renew our bodies, minds and spirits with the love and grace of Jesus Christ.”
